This 4 hour class includes a mini-lesson on freezer meals as well as step-by-step instructions on how to assemble 30 freezer meals that you make and take home with you that day. The cost includes all food, supplies and shopping necessary to make the 30 meals. All you need to do is bring 2 coolers with ice (and an apron if you'd like) and we will take care of the rest!
